<span style="color: rgb(0, 78, 162); font-family: 宋体, serif; font-size: 14px; line-height: 24px; background-color: rgb(229, 243, 252);"> 5月份，协会开始策划会徽的时候，就一直坚持图案上要表现出服务大众的特点。经过本报报道，全国各地共有40多份作品投递到协会，工作人员在协会领导的帮助下邀请了市画院专家和鲁东大学绘画专业教授对报名作品进行了层层筛选，最终选定了福建省福鼎市林秀杭的作品。</span><br style="color: rgb(0, 78, 162); font-family: 宋体, serif; font-size: 14px; line-height: 24px; background-color: rgb(229, 243, 252);" />
<span style="color: rgb(0, 78, 162); font-family: 宋体, serif; font-size: 14px; line-height: 24px; background-color: rgb(229, 243, 252);"> 工作人员告诉记者，会徽设计以字母“Y”（烟台）和“S”（社会、社区）作为设计基本元素，其中“Y”演变成房屋与人物等造型，营造出和谐、文明、幸福、进步的良好社会氛围，奋发向上的人物形态，也表达出烟台市民团结进取、积极向上的精神面貌。会徽外围“S”型描绘成环绕的双手，体现促进会秉持“以人为本、助人自助、发展专业、服务社会”的理念，积极探索、引导、推动城乡社区发展、管理和服务的新模式，努力服务大美烟台。会徽采用凝聚与绽放相结合的构图方式，体现社区“管理有序、服务完善、文明祥和：的社会生活共同体的特征及”创新、拼搏、协作、包容“的烟台城市精神。</span><br style="color: rgb(0, 78, 162); font-family: 宋体, serif; font-size: 14px; line-height: 24px; background-color: rgb(229, 243, 252);" />
